A Thought Bubble

Start here

John Green wrote in his book The Fault in Our Stars, “That’s the thing about pain. It demands to be felt.” We spend most of our lives running away from situations, feelings or in most cases, from people. In anticipation of being strong and happy, we sweep the pain under the rug for years. We usually misinterpret it with “Moving On “ in life.  This is isn’t moving on, this is closing your eyes and running away. You move on when you feel it, accept it, ponder upon the situation and look for something in it , which you could use as a closure to become a better person instead and then move on without having any grudges against your past. In short, bringing a positive breakthrough with every negativity that strikes you. This is why ,the pain demands to be felt so that we can recognize, master and appreciate the intensity and depth of our feelings and emotions. This whole point could be perceived in numerous ways but only those who have the conviction to be absolutely happy in life without escaping from reality will be able to embrace the gist of it. Pain is a wonderful word , a beautiful feeling and a very complicated emotion. It needs to be handled with love , courage and compassion. As they say, “Without pain, there would be no suffering, without suffering we would never learn from our mistakes. To make it right, pain and suffering is the key to all windows, without it, there is no way of life”-Angelina Jolie

Stay Happy! Stay Strong! Do not Run away! 🙂
